Graduation Fees

The registration period commences from Tuesday, 13 October 2026. The closing date for the registration is Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

Guest

  • Auditorium 1, Level 3 (maximum two (2) parents/guests) at RM 80.00 (USD 21.00) per person which include refreshments.
  • Auditorium 2, Level 6 (Live Broadcast Hall) to view the graduation ceremony via live Broadcast at RM 60.00 (USD 16.00) per person which include refreshments.

  • Rental of robe set

  • RM170.00 (USD 45.00)

Photographs Fee

  • Receiving scroll on the stage photograph
  • 1 copy of 10"x14" (Full portrait photo on stage)
  • 1 copy of 8"x10" (Half portrait photo on stage)
  • RM47.00 (USD 13.00)

Deposit

You will be required to pay a deposit of  RM 100.00 (USD 27.00) which is refundable upon return of the entire set of graduation robe.

Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation of graduation registration/guest tickets must be informed to graduation@apu.edu.my latest by 18 November 2026. For any cancellation made after 18 November 2026, there will be no refund except for the robe deposit.
2) All refund requests will be processed through bank transfer from 30 December 2026 onwards.
3) Please note that fees paid are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
4) When requesting for cancellation, please provide us with your bank details as follows.
